The Sligo Callover on Thursday 21st March, We will be making consent applications from 9.45 a.m, for hearings before as yet unannounced judges in Sligo from Monday the 29th April to Friday the 10th May 2019 .

Applications to transfer Actions to other Personal Injuries lists must be made in the Dublin Personal Injuries list and not at this Call Over.
If such an application has not been made to the said Dublin Personal Injuries list prior to the Sligo Call Over it is suggested that the Actions be adjourned to the next list on consent at the Callover and then an application be made subsequently to the Dublin PI list for their transfer

HC70 – Personal injuries – trespass to the person. I, Peter Kelly, President of the High Court pursuant to the provisions of Order 36, rule 2(c) of the Rules of the Superior Courts (Trial) 2012 (S.I. No. 355 of 2012), hereby direct that the trials of personal injuries cases where the cause of action arises out an allegation of assault or battery and which would, but for this direction, be set down for trial at a venue outside Dublin, shall be set down for trial and be heard at Dublin. The foregoing applies to cases which have yet to be set down
