What does a Trace Report disclose?
Our Trace Reports are designed to inform clients of the current whereabouts of a particular individual. We carry out extensive in-house searching together with a site visit in order to determine a current place of residence.
Who should request a Trace Report?
Some of the many reasons why a Trace Report is required are as follows:
An individual is evading service
An individual has moved address
Clients need to locate a subject’s whereabouts
Clients require a place of residence or up to date address
Post has been returned “not called for” or “gone from this address”
Probate matters where the beneficiary of a will cannot be located
In Litigation when a defendant cannot be located and therefore can’t be served with court proceedings
