The team at Hibernian Legal are working round the clock to keep our services available and of the high standard you are used to whilst keeping our staff safe and healthy. We are still providing town agency services, law searches, and closing searches but due to Coronavirus certain public offices and have been closed or have reduced access.
Coronavirus Courts Ireland: The Courts are still open although they have reduced sittings, they are still accepting documents so please contact us if you would like us to lodge a document for you.
Please see below the current restrictions as of today Wednesday 18th March 2020
• The Central Office is open for judgement, petition and proceeding searches and lodging of documents
• The Registry of Deeds – we have online limited access for records from 1970 onwards
• Planning Offices –
o Dublin City Council is now open by appointment only, so we can currently NOT guarantee same day service.
o Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council has limited access 1992-present
o Kildare Planning Office closed
• Summons Services – We are presently unable to serve summonses with existing public health guidelines
• Town Agency Services – The Courts are reducing their cases but they are still accepting documents, please contact us if you need documents lodged.
