We are still providing law searches, closing searches and town agency services, but due to the latest COVID-19 arrangements certain public offices have been closed or have limited access.

Town Agency Service Update –
The Central Office is open by appointment only for the following essential services:
• Applications for Bail
• Habeas Corpus
• Injunctions and the enforcement of same
• Urgent Wardship matters
• Urgent Judicial Review applications
• Issue of proceedings where the statutory time limit to issue will expire before Tuesday 14th April 2020
We are still providing essential Town Agency services in line with the current Court arrangements. If you would like us to file an application for bail or issue of proceedings for you please get in touch by email:
Law Search Service Update
The Company Registration Office is closed to the public but we have online access
The Registry of Deeds – we have online limited access for records from 1970 onwards
Planning Offices – all Councils are now closed with l,imited online access:
– Dublin City Council, Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council and Fingal we have online access to records from 1992-present
– South Dublin County Council planning searches are currently not possible
– All other Councils – Online access to be confirmed
Sheriff Searches – Dublin City and Dublin County sheriff searches as still be provided, we await confirmation on the other Sheriffs around Ireland
